All of the terms and conditions listed below are general and apply to all tour packages and activities offered by Desert Safari Book.com.
- All vehicles have a license authorized by UAE Government for Tourism.
- Kids 3 years or under 3-years are Free. Above 3-years Charge Same as Adult. There are no charges for children under three years who will not be using a seat.
- All vehicles are certified from the UAE government. There is a facility of an air conditioner, and all necessary things are available during the journey.
- Special prices and deals shall apply to the desert safari and City tour during any events and vocations celebrations. The details of the event will be notified before the clients on our website.
- There is a restriction on some of the entertainment activities during the Holy month of Ramadan and during the Islamic Public holidays. Alcohol and Belly Dance will not be permitted on such occasions.
- A saloon car, a 7-seater, or a four-seater vehicle with a small bus or coach shall be used on all tours depending on the package, number of clients, and requirements.
Methods Of Payment
At the time of pickup Direct Cash Payment, online bank transfer, and ATM card deposit are accepted.
Note: On ATM card deposit 5% extra services charge applied.
Booking Confirmation Via Text / Email, Call.
When you book a tour with us, our tour agent will send you an SMS/Email Message confirmation within 24 hours. Please ensure that you entered the correct information (Name, No of Person, Tour Date, Contact No, and Address) during the tour booking.
Tour Pricing and Rates
Our policy is an assurance of a regulatory valuing, beside the accommodation and reservation of pick-up location on the web. The cost plan quoted for the tour package, on our website is calculated as per individual / per person. These costs do not include any sort of tip for crew workers/staff and drivers. The rates mentioned on our website might be changed without any prior notification. This increase or decrease will only be made when the fuel prices, labor rate, Food rates, or any transport rate are affected economically.
Tour Cancellation
- In the incident of a cancellation, the following terms and conditions may apply.
- If the tour is canceled before 24 hours of the visit pickup time, there will be no cancellation charges.
- If the tour or services are canceled 12 hours before the tour date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- If the tour or services are, modified, or revised 12 hours before the tour time, new charges will be applied.
- If the tour is cancelled before 1 day of the scheduled departure time, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
- If the tour is cancelled before 1 day of the scheduled departure time, a full refund will be issued.
- If a refund is available, the money will be returned to the original method of payment.
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned to your account within 7 working days.
- Cancellations made on the spot will be non-refundable.
- If you miss the tour date and time, there is no option of a refund.
Procedures For Cancellation
If you need to cancel all or part of your booking, send a cancellation notice through email /text msg / Call to (Desertsafaridubaibook.com). After accepting your requests, our representative will notify you via email, or phone of the confirmation of booking cancellation and inform you if a charge is applicable depending on the conditions or policy.
Amendments To The Schedule
No corrective maintenance would be possible in the case of a natural disaster, such as a Heavy Sand Storm, flood and earthquake, or any other emergency situation.
Restrictions On Website Use

As a condition of using this website, you agree not to use it or its content for any non-individual, commercial, or illegal purpose.
